In addition to her commitment to childcare, Fachele served in the National Guard Army, where she fulfilled her duties as a dedicated Soldier. Despite her military obligations, she continued her work as an ABA therapist, finding joy in working with children and being fascinated by their unique personalities. Fachele's expertise lies in working with children with disabilities, and after graduating from university, she furthered her career as a trusted childcare provider in various settings, both as an entrusted childcare provider and as a private childcare provider. After almost a decade of gaining valuable experience in different facilities and homes, Fachele is now eager to utilize her skills and open her own center, Petite Academy. Her goal is to provide parents with an exceptional experience while engaging with their bright young ones. Fachele is committed to ensuring that the academy complies with all state and EEC regulations.
